Ready to ship items are shipped within 3-5 business days, it excludes monogramming. For all monogramming please allow 3 weeks for delivery. For any custom orders lead time will be communicated to you within 48 hours of your order. All orders are shipped F.O.B. NJ

Returns
At Zagara Home LLC we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our products and hope that you enjoy the product that you ordered, if something does not work our we accept returns within 14 days of purchase for product that is defective or shipped incorrectly. Requests to return product that has been ordered incorrectly must be made within 7 days of the date received and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To be accepted for return or exchange, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days:
• In unused, unwashed condition
• In original packaging
• With the original receipt
• Ship with our return form completed
Please contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorization number. Any return received without a Return Authorization number will be returned to the customer at their cost. ZAGARA Home LLC reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Sale items, made to order items, custom orders and cut fabric are not returnable. ZAGARA Home LLC is not responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the item(s) for the full value and use a traceable carrier (like FedEx or UPS).

All orders will be processed in 48 hours. Overnight orders must be submitted before 3PM EST the day before. Shipping options and estimates are as follows:

- Priority Mail (1-3 days)
- Priority Mail Express (Overnight)
